    I went in to the Verizon store in Vinton, Va on Hardy Rd to upgrade my iPhone. I was met at the door and greeted by Jasmine. She took very good care of me from beginning to end. My upgrade process was seamless, I even ended up upgrading my watch for a great deal on both. She definitely went above and beyond for me. Her professionalism and personality are amazing. I highly recommend you stop in and see her. Thanks again Jasmine!
