    I went in to the Verizon store in Vinton, Va on Hardy Rd to upgrade my iPhone. I was met at the door and greeted by Jasmine. She took very good care of me from beginning to end. My upgrade process was seamless, I even ended up upgrading my watch for a great deal on both. She definitely went above and beyond for me. Her professionalism and personality are amazing. I highly recommend you stop in and see her. Thanks again Jasmine!

    I'm from out of town to visit my family for the weekend. I decided to add my mother on my Verizon account so she could have dependable service. After 16 years with boost mobile she could not rely on them any longer and their customer service is a nightmare. So we went in around 1:30ish Sunday and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Caleb Perrin, he was absolutely the best that an employer could hope for. He helped All through the process from actually handling the call from boost to get the information to port over her same phone number and then thoroughly in detail explained the new plan to us. After that he carefully and successfully moved all of my mother's pictures and contacts and apps with zero loss. It was the first time I actually did not dread going into Verizon store. Caleb made our visit smooth and easy sailing. Thank you
