  Everett Kline, manager in this location, is too incompetent to be a manager. My usual rep was unavailable and he claimed to be able to help me. He was watching shows on his phone that was loud enough for customers to hear. Once seated, I was trying to explain my situation in regard to my wireless inquiry- which he cut me off as I was speaking- to offer something that left more questions from my side. He kept cutting me off, offered the same thing like that was the only answer. After confirming few different times, he proceeded with his suggestion- suggestion which he claimed will be $40 one time fee, and not even a cent will be added. He was abrupt, antsy to make me leave, which I did. Whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Felt like something wasn’t right, so I reached out to the same verizon and spoke to a different rep the next day. It turns out there would be multiple additional fees to the original charge of $40 Kline said i will not be charged. He was nowhere to be found, and although it took me about two weeks to get my issue resolved, he never took any responsibility and other kind reps from the same store was able to finally resolve my issue. Added one more star on the review for other reps, but if i can individually rate the reps, Everett Kline should get zero rating, step down from managerial role, and be retrained from beginning. Otherwise he shouldn’t work in a customer service role and focus on non-customer facing departments. Terrible attitude, demeaning and incompetent.

  Sumi is the most reliable, fantastic associate I ever had the pleasure of working with. Her customer service and care made my transition to VA/DC area seamlessly. I wish all retail associates to be like Sumi, there will be no headaches or unanswered questions. She has many loyal customers, so there might be a wait, but it is so worth it. I will be telling all my friends and family to go to her to get their wireless & fios needs. She makes Verizon as a company shine. Thanks a million Sumi!

  My Sales Representative, Kyrie Hendricks was absolutely amazing while helping me purchase a new phone. I was impressed by his patience and knowledge. He answered all my questions based on his years of experience. He was very courteous and did not rush my purchase. He was very professional and an excellent representative of Verizon.

  I had an outstanding experience at this location, primarily thanks to Brian Rivera. He was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to walk me through everything and ensure all my requests were reflected accurately on my account. This level of care is something I did not find at several other Verizon stores in the area, where the service was often unhelpful and rushed. Brian and his manager have earned my future business. For anyone seeking genuinely great customer service and a team that ensures you get all available promotions, I strongly recommend visiting this specific store.
