    Shout Out to Jordan at the N Main St Verizon! He was SO VERY helpful in fixing our error in transferring data to a new phone, from an old phone. After hours of frustration, I drove up there as a last resort, and Jordan saved the day!!

    I visited the store specifically to purchase a new iPhone, which the Verizon website had indicated was in stock. Unfortunately, a store representative informed me that their online inventory tracking is never accurate, so the phone I wanted was unavailable. Furthermore, the display setup was highly restrictive: all phones were anchored to the table, preventing me from picking one up to assess the size, feel, or true color. The rep explained that this was due to theft risk, which made it impossible to properly view the device before a potential purchase. This experience was inconvenient and resulted in a wasted trip.

    Sarah and Charles are phenomenal. My account was accessed fraudulently and a bunch of new devices were added to the account. Charles and Sarah helped me go back and forth with tech support and the fraud department for over 4 hours to get the issues resolved. They went above and beyond to help me get my account back. Update: I am still dealing with the aftermath of this and the billing issues it caused. After reviewing the receipts of the devices that were fraudulently added to the account it looks like they were purchased at this location. Ive tried to call every possible number but it’s impossible to call the store directly. I live over 4 hours away so I can’t stop by. I need the store to reach out to me asap as I have filed a police report for the fraud and identity theft that occurred at this store. Please let me know how I can get in contact with the store.
