- CBcharmaine bonds3 days ago5.0Autumn is awesome. I’ve been working with her for the past two weeks switching out phones for my daughter and I. First they didn’t have the phones we wanted. They went to the Daleville store to pick them up for us. Secondly, my daughter’s phone was stuck in recovery mode. Autumn worked with her team to get the phone fixed. Then she took the time to help me get the phone removed from the iCloud. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. I appreciate everything she has done for us.

Autymn took care of us fast and provided us with exactly what we were looking for and also mentioned some perks we were never told about! The Netflix and Hulu bundle is a great price! So we got it, and she also let me know I was able to add a hotspot for my phone. So we got that as well. I was able to get another phone added to my line and it didn’t take 30 hours like before at the other store…. She was very professional and a knowledgeable. We will forever be coming here! Very pleased!

Chris very helpful plus pleasant about my options. I decided to go to the iPhone 11. He was most helpful and good at explaining. Also the iPhone 6 s worked after he did his work... I decided go ahead and upgrade. Many thanks that I could walk right in and get excellent help!!!!
