My dad needed a new phone and Ralph walked him through every step and was even budget conscious! He didn't push and was so kind and caring! He is a gem and we left feeling that he really cared about his job, and more importantly he cared about people. He is a natural sales person. His coworker was also wonderful but we didn't get her name. She was so energetic and kind. What a great store. Verizon give them a raise! In an age where senior citizens are often treated like children, Ralph treated my dad like the competent professional that he is and even talked to him about my dad's military service. So make this your go to Verizon store. Thanks so much Ralph. Happy Holidays!

They went to the Daleville store to pick them up for us. Secondly, my daughter’s phone was stuck in recovery mode. Autumn worked with her team to get the phone fixed. Then she took the time to help me get the phone removed from the iCloud. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. I appreciate everything she has done for us.

Autymn took care of us fast and provided us with exactly what we were looking for and also mentioned some perks we were never told about! The Netflix and Hulu bundle is a great price! So we got it, and she also let me know I was able to add a hotspot for my phone. So we got that as well. I was able to get another phone added to my line and it didn’t take 30 hours like before at the other store…. She was very professional and a knowledgeable. We will forever be coming here! Very pleased!
