- JBJonathan BartholomewJul 3, 20251.0rep who helped us (hunter) was alone (not his fault) and did the best he could in a not great situation with several customers going. far as i am concerned, he's great. the one star here, for me, is that this listing, and the sign in front of the store, are very disingenuous. this isn't a verizon store. it's a third party franchisee. we got upcharged by the store (again, not the rep, the store) and this would not have happened in a corporate store. there is not adequate representation in the store that they are different from a corporate Verizon store. this is bad business, for sure. with the current administration driving up the prices of everything, every dollar counts, and paying extra for something that was not adequately explained is unacceptable. buyer beware.
