Initially, I was assisted by a salesperson named Tiera D., who was very pleasant and seemingly eager to help. However, things took a turn when I discovered a charge of $49.99 for a "Ready Go" package on my bill, which I had not authorized. My understanding is that a corporate Verizon store would not impose such a charge simply for assistance with activating a phone, transferring data, and managing a trade-in. When I raised my concerns about this charge, Tiera became unhelpful and refused to assist further. I was left with no choice but to contact Verizon directly to rectify the situation and obtain a return label for my trade-in. In summary, if you are not willing to pay $49.99 for basic assistance in activating your phone, I would advise against visiting this location. My experience was unprofessional and a waste of both time and money. Proceed with caution if you choose to visit this store.
