    came here and tried to change companies, see what deals they offer or something interesting but seems like the workers didn’t want to work, didn’t even offer me a seat and check the options Just tried to get me out of the store as fast as they could and basically told me to check everything online and come back next time

    I forgot his name but a taller Caucasian guy helped me out got me in and out with no problems and also go me about 300 dollars off on a phone for a trade in ..GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE

    Willie, oh Willie, he sat with me for 2 hours helping me fix an order with pick up that didn’t want to go through like it should have. I will say he did an awesome job, and shows what Verizon should always be about. I can’t thank him enough, he definitely deserves a raise
