I entered the store to purchase an Apple HomePod mini. The employee at the front told me Apple no longer makes them and that the store did not carry them, despite one being clearly displayed on the shelf. After pointing it out, he removed it but remained dismissive.
I informed him I would be paying with a Verizon virtual gift card. While I was pulling the card up from my email, he attempted to take my phone from my hand twice. I told him I would read the numbers aloud. He then rudely stated that the gift card was “probably expired,” even though it had a $100 balance.
Due to the employee’s rude behavior and disregard for personal boundaries, I chose not to complete the purchase and left the store. This experience was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

I had a great experience at the Verizon store thanks to Solution Manager Tim Dawson. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Customer service like this is rare these days. Highly recommend asking for Tim!

What initially felt like a complicated and frustrating situation, caused by mistakes made at another Verizon store involving my devices and number transfer, was handled by her with total confidence and care. She methodically corrected every issue, explained things clearly, and made the entire process feel seamless and effortless.
After a chaotic and stressful weekend, Syvone completely turned the experience around. She relieved all the stress, ensured my account was set up correctly, and restored my confidence in Verizon customer service. This is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal.
