I would never go back in there. we needed to buy cases for the phones and iPad. I won’t buy them there I was treated terrible I asked for the manager and she came over and told him how to do this and he would not do it

When I contacted my brother to help clarify the changes being made to our account, Deandre became defensive, rolled his eyes, and sighed audibly. He even stated that he did not wish to speak with my brother (the primary account holder), asking why I needed to call him and stating he wasn’t going to explain it to both of us. I found him to be incredibly inappropriate. While he did provide helpful information regarding waiting until the iPhone 17 releases, his overall demeanor and approach to customer service were disappointing. Dude has the personality of a zit. I will not be returning.

I saw another employee helping an elderly gentlemen around who was clearly blind. Blew Victra at Laburnum out of the water in comparison. Far more inventory selection than Laburnum Victra. My only complaint is that they can be a bit busy but that just shows they are doing good business so I would use their appointment scheduler next time I upgrade. Seating is also extremely limited and is not the most comfortable. They also do not have a restroom in the store but there are a couple neighboring stores that have them(Jersey mikes)

The staff there was friendly, greeted me right away, and helped me charge one of the phones when it wouldn't turn on. The transaction was quick and I received full value for each of the phones with immediate confirmation. I'd highly recommend using this store, at least for trade-ins. The process was sooo much smoother than mailing them in and hoping they were accepted. I might even use this store for purchasing a new phone the next time I upgrade.
