    Very Poor Customer Service – Unacceptable Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience at Verizon - Tysons Corner Center. The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Employees were sitting in the back and completely ignoring customers waiting in the front. There was no sense of responsibility or urgency to assist people who had been waiting for a long time. Additionally, the staff appeared to be untrained and unfamiliar with Verizon’s own systems and procedures, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays. The waiting time was unreasonably long—several hours—without any clear explanation or proper queue management. This level of service is unacceptable for a company like Verizon. Customers deserve respect, attention, and knowledgeable staff. I strongly hope management takes this issue seriously and improves both staff training and customer service standards.

    Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ive been a loyal customer with verizon for almost 10 years and usually have had great experiences both online and in-store, but this was easily the worst ive ever had. We were in the store for 45 minutes before finally being noticed (store wasnt even that crowded) and only were to be told that they didn't have the iphone we wanted in stock and that they didnt know when they would get it. Essentially, they just told us to order it online and we wanted someone to help my mother set up her new phone. And I should mind you this was done in a very condescending and uncaring tone. After that, we just just went down to the apple store down the hall and were immediately helped and they had the phone in stock. Will never visit this store again.

    Manoj was incredible. I came in to pick up my new phone, Manoj helped me out and mentioned a promotion which I ended up coming right back to inquire more about. It ended up working perfectly for what I needed and while I was there it got busy. Manoj commanded the floor, making sure to greet every single customer and checking in with them while also assisting his colleagues. At one point he was helping 4 people at once. And I never felt like i was being “sold” on anything. Everyone he helped left happier than when they came in. He explained everything clearly - the best interaction I’ve had at Verizon.

    I had very bad experience with this store, I can't imagine that Verizon would hire people who are neither professional nor good enough for such an important and crowded area. The store manager was so deceitful and unprofessional that it's beyond belief. I recommend all customers to be completely satisfied and then deal again.
