I don’t understand why buying a phone has to be this complicated, especially with all the upselling they try to push. Even their own app showed a different price than what the store was telling me—nothing made sense. Honestly, I felt like I was in a car dealership instead of a phone store. It’s embarrassing that a company I’ve been loyal to for the past eight years treats a customer this way. Very dissatisfied and definitely expected better from Verizon.

I tried to get assistance with my family plan of five lines. Manager was obstinate and not very helpful at all with poor attitude. I left with all intentions of changing to a different carrier after being loyal Verizon customer for more than a decade. Discovered all the various options when I spoke with a telephone agent about my plan. Wouldn't recommend this store to my worse enemy. Stay away until the change the manager and staff.

Got my issue resolved and they even offered to help me with tech issues unrelated to Verizon with my Google account. Manager was very nice and thoughtful too! Only coming to this Verizon store from now on.

I went to a different verizon store in chantilly and was immediately helped to solve my problem, bought the new iphone and was in and out in 20 minutes. definitely will not be returning to the tyson’s location
