I was told if I didnt like the Iphones I could return within a reasonable time and not be charged the restocking fee!! I left on a Saturday and unfortunately one of the lines didn't work. I had to try to have this resolved through customer service as this location is closed on Sunday. I then discovered my bill would not be what was expected and would be more!! The next store opening day i returned the phones. I was charged the restocking fee after waiting for the manager to respond because the salesman didn't know how to do anything!! The manager refused to return the restocking fee!! This was absolutely ridiculous and certainly gives Verizon a very bad name. This location is very unprofessional and they don't stand by there word!!
