    Our specialist name was Shelby W. and she did an excellent job and was very patient. She stayed over an hour after closing just to make sure we were completely set up. Everyone else in the store was very friendly and professional. The business it self was very clean with lots of parking. Thank you Shelby!

    The man wasn’t really helpful but the woman Ms Ericia that helped me was amazing, I had a pick up order that I was having trouble on checking the status for so I went to the store I explained this issue to the man and he said he would give me the number of who to call and said it would be best done in store which I did as I was talking on the phone I was trying to receive his advice on next steps and department to be transferred to and he had an attitude he also seen me waiting for his help as he was have a convo with another coworker when he finally did acknowledge me he was very short on answers and help he went to talk to another man and the costumer even turned around and said oh I’m sorry were you trying to be helped by him and he looked me way and turned the other the lady worker noticed and immediately called me over their for her to help me I was able to cancel the pick up order and just get it in person and left with my phone shout out to her but as for the man that’s near the door when you walk in he could use a few coustmer service skills

    Unfortunately, due to inconsistent internet connections and unwanted soliciting weekly at my door my review is one star. The only positive thing is customer service, face-to-face and over the phone was good, except when they come knocking at your door. My family and I had Verizon internet service earlier this year. The wifi started to have issues and eventually losing connection constantly while in use. We had to end our plan, nothing personal. Verizon internet services did not work for my house hole. After we ended our services we started to get at home visits from Verzion employees, asking if we ever wanted services again, or if we ever had services with them, and who do we have now. Once we told them who we switched to, they laughed and negative comments about our new providers. We have asked the Verizon door-to-door workers to stop coming by, we are not interested but they don’t stop. It feels like I’m getting harassed and it feels unsafe. Once a Verizon worker said they can’t stop coming by even if we ask them to stop. I asked who’s their manager but they wouldn’t provide any information and eventually left. They still come by knocking at our door, at least once a week. I just hide from them at this point hoping they will hurry up and go away. I really wish they would leave my family alone. It makes me never want Verizon services again and I can’t suggest Verizon services to anyone.

    At 2 p.m. on a Saturday, I walked into this location with my mother. She is 76 years old, independent, but needs extra support when it comes to technology. We spent three hours in the store on a Saturday, which I already know is an amazingly fast turn around for a cell phone service carrier switch with an existing cell phone. The first hour was waiting for a service rep. This was time well spent in my mind because she cannot handle business on the phone and wants to be independent. Then, we started working with Nala, who not only walked my mother through the charges and changes, but also helped me explain when my mother didn't understand new technical words. She spent 2 hours with us, 1 hour of which was due to T-Mobile locking the eSIM so it couldn't change networks. This woman never suggested my mother just buy a new phone. She put a physical SIM card in to override the eSIM, which is incredibly forward technical thinking. My mother left happy and calm. I left thrilled.
