Super nice and understanding, he goes every month for a nail trim and they treat him well everytime. He’s been coming here since i got him at 11 weeks old, now he’s 2. No complaints here!

The vets, techs and front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, it was often difficult to schedule “day-of” appointments and the later in the day your appointment was, the more likely you would be spending 30-45 minutes in the waiting room as they seemingly overbooked appointments and didn’t have the staff to support. Lastly, compared to prices at other vets, I believe this location was quite a bit higher. I am happier with my current vet and am glad that I made the switch.

Today I am walking past this Animal Hospital and this entitled woman blows her horn at me to move faster so she can drive into the parking lot. I assumed she works here. As a 9/11 AF War VET it sometimes takes me a second. I asked her what her problem was and she said she was turning from a main road. I said what does that matter no one was behind you - you could have patiently waited. It literally was seconds. I asked if she was going to hit me if I didn’t walk faster. This woman did not care at all. I remember when I walked past the church down the street from this hospital and someone needed to get into their parking lot as I was walking past the church. They actually waited for me to walk past & also kindly waived at me no issues. Character is everything. I lost 2 dogs last year and was thinking of getting more & come here since it is closer for me. After this I will not. I will continue to go to Mercury Animal or Yorktown. You have to be careful how you treat people.
