  Crystal, or as we refer to her Max’s girlfriend, is nothing short of amazing! I’ve been taking my dog to Todd’s Lane for over 13 years. Now that he’s getting older, he’s also becoming more picky about who he allows to clip his nails- Crystal being the only one! She loves on him, like he is her own, every time we go. The respect, care and professionalism she has, for all reasons we visit, is true and genuine. I highly recommend Todd’s Lane and Crystal for all pet care.

  I am writing this review to bring special attention to one of the employees at VCA Todd’s Lane Vet. Crystal Byrd the office manager is one of the best employees at ANY vet that I have EVER come in contact with. Her immediate love and affection for my first frenchie Bronco was so genuine and she took extra time loving on him and helping provide services at all of his check ups. She owns this breed herself and has given me a lot of help and information since it was my first time owning a French bulldog. We ended up getting another Frenchie in July of 2025 and she was the exact same with our female Gemma. I’ve personally witnessed her taking that same time and love and attention with other pet owners and their animals. She is truly in her element working there and it shows. She definitely deserves recognition for the way she treats everyone and their fur babies that come in there. My dogs have fallen in love with her and get so excited any time they get to see her and I feel the exact same. She makes what would normally be a stressful situation for a lot of animals and owners painless and enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about Crystal she is truly an asset to this office and the day to day operations and to every pet owner and pet that comes in there. Amelia Taylor

  The entire team at VCA Todd’s lane is extraordinary; kind , knowledgeable, and efficient. Crystal the office manager is a great example. Our cats have special dietary needs and she makes sure that their food is in stock. Plus she always comes out from her office to greet them and makes them feel comfortable.

  This was the best vet care I could have ever asked for. They saw my baby right away, and Dr. Smith treated Olive with such good care, keeping in mind she was very sick at the time. Unfortunately, weeks later she came down with another condition after closing hours, and I had to rush her to a nearby emergency vet, where she didn't make it. Her remains were sent to VCA for pickup, and they called me right away as soon as she arrived. They were very sympathetic and sweet when they called me and handled her with great care. I appreciate everything you all did for my baby. I wish you all the best. Thank you again.
