  The entire team at VCA Todd’s lane is extraordinary; kind , knowledgeable, and efficient. Crystal the office manager is a great example. Our cats have special dietary needs and she makes sure that their food is in stock. Plus she always comes out from her office to greet them and makes them feel comfortable.

  This was the best vet care I could have ever asked for. They saw my baby right away, and Dr. Smith treated Olive with such good care, keeping in mind she was very sick at the time. Unfortunately, weeks later she came down with another condition after closing hours, and I had to rush her to a nearby emergency vet, where she didn't make it. Her remains were sent to VCA for pickup, and they called me right away as soon as she arrived. They were very sympathetic and sweet when they called me and handled her with great care. I appreciate everything you all did for my baby. I wish you all the best. Thank you again.

  First time visit and they were Awesome. Dog was nervous being his first time there. They made him as comfy as possible with treats😁😁

  I give this place 2 stars..not because of the workers there they are nice. However, I feel like i should’ve been told the price before the service was started..I took my bunny to get a nail trim and expected to pay anywhere between $15-$30. Her nail trim $68.50!! No sedation, No exam, nothing but a NAIL TRIM! They did not tell me until they took her back there and started on her. Like what if I didn’t have $68? What was y'all gonna do then? Very poor communication on their part. Many places always say: “A nail trim is $___, is that okay?” before proceeding. That’s basic, ethical practice, especially for an unexpected, high-cost service like this one.

  They are understaffed constantly, according to them. The Vet I dealt with didn't seem to have time nor patience with my questions. They apparently do not authorize prescriptions from online sites any longer, which isn't an issue except for they took over a week from time blood tests come back to give a prescription to get flea/heartworm meds. They agreed to authorize the prescription online, as I assume a courtesy, after I told them I wasnt informed by either the vet or technician who I told I would be purchasing meds online during the appointment. This only occurred after numerous calls and texts to get either an authorization, as they said they would do, or get a paper prescription. I've heard the talk around town not recommending Todd's Lane Vet and until recently didn't want to judge them, but I feel like over the past two years or so they have gone down hill in customer service and that is unacceptable when im spending over $500 for your services. I recommend you formulate your own opinion, but I will be taking my pets elsewhere going forward.
