  I visited this Verizon store to buy the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and was told the wait time would be until mid-November. The next day, I ordered the exact same phone through Verizon’s own website and got next-day shipping with no issue. It’s disappointing that the in-person store doesn’t have access to the same inventory system as Verizon’s online store. The staff were polite, but the experience felt frustrating and unnecessary since I could’ve just ordered online right away.

  It makes a huge difference when you work with someone who truly knows what they’re doing and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. I helped my parents switch from AT&T to Verizon to take advantage of a new-customer promotion, and I worked with Tristen during the process. He made it feel like all I had to do was show up — and that’s exactly what happened. Tristen was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He explained everything as he went, making the entire process simple and stress-free — just the way it should be. Too often, you walk into places like this and even the employees seem unsure about things, but that wasn’t the case here. Tristen clearly knew his stuff and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish.

  This Verizon store is awesome! Chad took all the time I needed when getting a new phone. He was thorough and explained everything to me about my plan. I highly recommend going to Chad at this Verizon store!

  I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in Gainesville. All of the staff were good, However one of the guy name “Mason Campbell” provided outstanding customer service polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained the different plans in depth, including 5G coverage, data packages, network speed, and device compatibility, all in clear detail. Even when my husband went in while I was on a call and he didn’t have my phones with him, Mason guided me over the phone step by step. That extra effort showed his professionalism and genuine care for customers. His technical knowledge of connectivity, hotspots, bandwidth, and overall network performance was impressive, and he answered every question with confidence. Mason made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you want both professionalism and real telecom networking and marketing expertise.

  Mason provided exceptional service while I was in the store. He assisted with porting a number from a different carrier to Verizon (a task that required great patience as the other carrier was reluctant to provide any assistance), setting up new devices, transferring data, and ensuring that the transition to the new devices was seamless. Before I left, Mason checked all of my Verizon accounts to ensure I was receiving the best available service and deals at my price point. Ultimately, Mason was able to both upgrade my service and lower my monthly bill. Mason has certainly earned my trust and my desire to work exclusively with him in the future.
