This is an authorized reseller not a corporate store. I came in here 3 times all for different things and they couldn’t help me because it’s not a corp store. While I was waiting the second time I came two customers also couldn’t be helped so while they’re nice, I’m not really sure what they can help with, besides buying a plan or accessories 🤷🏻♂️
