This place is a complete fraud!!!!! The Doctors do not treat the real issues!!!! They have you bring your pet in over and over and over again, so they get paid and the issue never gets fixed. It's a revolving door and they are in your pockets regularlyl!!!!! If you go there, you should be prepared to be in there atleast once a month or once every other month! You will spend $200-400 or more monthly! They are independently owned so the Doctors get all the proceeds!!!!! They are a complete fraud! I use to think very highly of them but after a little research online, I found out that they were not treating the real issues!!!! And it's right there online, readily and easily available on YouTube for Christs sakes! Dr. Schroeder administered what I "BELIEVE" to be a distemper shot to my animal. 12 hours later he was in the ICU on life support!!!! All weekend!!!! And then over the course of 10 days, he was in the ICU 4 times and the Hospital 2 times on life support!!!!! That was just one pet. Then to top it off, if you go in there are confront the staff, they cancel your care club memberships when you have gravely/critically ill animals!!!!! WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. After you've spent all of your money, you can't afford to start back up the plan because you have to pay the start up fee all over again! So the animal either goes without or gets put to sleep!!!! Then they manipulate the patients information, like age, weight, breed, sex and etc!!!!! Then they delete the patient medical records!!!!!!!!! Oh and then they fail to tell you, they never gave your pet the MOST IMPORTANT VACINES NEEDED- LIKE LUKEMIA, DISTEMPER AND ETC. oh but their on top of the flee treatment and etc!!!! And you are in there monthly and stay onto of everything and have a care plan with them!!!! It's like they want your animal to die. It's like they want them sick and suffering, so they can get paid regularly!!!!! And thats no joke!!!! After years and years of being a faithful client, they dont care about you or your pet!!!! The Office Manager "whatever her first name is Vero" takes it upon herself to confront the patients and argue with them about the frustrations the patients are having with the care from the "Doctors". She royally screws over their clients and the Doctors dont care!!!!! It's like she is so desperate to be someone else, she can't stand it!!!! So she screws over VCA Patients because she is so miserable with her life!!! Putting your animals in critical, life-support care and without the care plans that she cancelled!!!!!! Then you try to talk to the Doctors and they won't talk to you over the phone so you email them. They dont respond!!!!!!! These people are horrible!!!!! I reported them to the Department of Health Professionals and they are doing an investigation. I would not take a stuffed animal to them for care and treatment! Not even a piece of trash or anything. THEY ARE A MONEY SCAM!!!!!! AND THEY ARE HURTING INNOCENT, HELPLESS AND SICK ANIMALS INTENTIONALLY!!!!!!

When I first started taking my dog here they were very nice and helpful. The past 2 years they have went down hill with customer service and empathy for their clients, in which they are in business for. Furthermore, the care plan they offer is a waste of money as it doesn’t provide anything except vaccines and office visits. But good luck getting an appointment they have scaled back their hours over the years. A big bonus with them at first was they were open on Saturday, not anymore! Then I was told the don’t accept patients after 4:30 during the week and they close at 6.

First time here and was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor that treated my adopted son was amazing, explained everything well and did his best! Domino was a rescue from a shelter and needed his rabies shot and a physical exam to make sure he is well. I recommend this clinic as well as other VCA in the area. Thank you!
