As soon as we walked in, we told the lady working there that we were just looking and right away, she made a face like we were wasting her time. Super unprofessional. She didn’t offer to help at all. She just stayed sitting at her desk, barely looked at us, and kept using her phone while we were trying to check out the phones. I asked her what plans or promotions they had, and she just said, “the prices are on the phone,” like she couldn’t be bothered to explain anything. Even with her attitude, I still decided to get the phone I wanted just to be done with it. I was being respectful the whole time, even though she clearly didn’t speak English and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I told her I didn’t want phone protection, and she added it anyway. The whole vibe was just rude and lazy. Me and my dad have already decided we’re going back to Verizon. If this is how Cricket treats people, we’re not sticking around. They need to seriously improve their customer service.
