    I’m not a fan of independent dealers but stopped in anyway to look at Iphone16. Tyler said they were out of them. I was lamenting leaving my 13 Mini and 16 was just a bit bigger. Tyler said the 17 was the exact same size and it was free. He even coached me on my data transfer. Great experience.

    These people are seriously fishy. They were no help at all trying to get a plan switched around, claimed they couldn't do it there it's only over the phone now. I went to fairlawn and they did it no problem! Everyone at fairlawn said that they hear this all the time. I'm not sure why the reviews are so high, it's unanimously hated by the other stores.

    Oh these guys are absolutely great!! They go above and beyond for the customers and know how to help them in store with just about everything! I was very grateful for their help with mine and my dad's phones!

    I had a great experience at the Dublin Verizon! Tyler helped me preorder my iPhone 17 pro max. The phone arrived on release day and the store manager went above and beyond to activate my phone and make sure everything was setup correctly before leaving. The manager reviewed my current plan and even saved me money on my monthly bill! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of cell phone servicing.
