Also when he connects to your account any deal you have goes away and you only get the deals in store but once they disconnect from your account you can see the online deals which are normally better. We have been treated better in other stores.

If you ever consider switching to Verizon, I would consider literally any other phone company because this has been insane. We got a business account and 2 phone lines along with wifi. The WiFi didn’t work even after we reset it 10 times like the store said to do, so we returned it the next day. We purchased a phone from this store, the guy that sold it to us wouldn’t return it the following day he claimed he couldn’t. So after speaking with the store manager and fighting with customer service we got the phone returned. It’s now been a month since that disaster and we STILLLLLL cannot port the other line back to AT&T because the phone we returned to this store apparently was never returned and we are still being billed. The store manager told us we would need to contact customer service to let them know the phone was returned - which we did. & they apparently have no record of that. So we are still being billed for a $1200 phone that is Verizon’s possession. They are also billing us for wifi that was returned the NEXT DAY and also billing us for a second line that was ported back to AT&T the next day. I would rather have no phone than ever have to deal with Verizon ever again. The hassle from this store was just the beginning. This has been an absolute nightmare. My fiance is a type 1 diabetic and needs his phone to give himself insulin and we are now 5 days with no phone. We have spent over 15 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get this shit figured out. Dont switch from any other carrier 1 the service absolutely sucks. 1 bar everywhere we go local to this store. But the customer service, the fighting with the store, trust me it is not worth the stress it is going to cause.
