    We have been with Verizon since last two years. Today, I happened to visit this location due to the family emergency and my wife’s phone wasn’t working properly. Mr. David greeted me with a huge smile on his face as soon as I entered the store. He immediately began to assist me without any further delay after I explained the situation. He was very courteous and polite. Before I blinked my eyes he resolved the issue then and there. Though it was bit challenging to resolve the problem, he made it seem very easy. I can happily say that this was my number one customer service experience anywhere I ever dealt with anyone. I am 55 years old illiterate man and he made me feel like I was very important customer(even after knowing the fact that I was not there to sign up for new service or buy new phone). Where does anyone else experienced this type of service? Overall, this was the best experience I had in our worst time ever. Thank you David. You’re true asset not only to Verizon but also to our wonderful community of NRV. God bless.

    David is exceptional - I am so thankful he encouraged us to wait and allow him to work with customer service to find and apply the best upgrade "deal." We have worked with David through 3 phone conversions in about 6 years. The first two didnt go as well - and likely because I dont like change. He tirelessly tried to make things work. Even one time was patient to explain a bill and develop a trustworthy relationship that would take time to see the finances work themselves out. On this conversion, we walked away with 4 upgraded phones and discounted products and he shared 3 bonus tips on equipment care and use. He installed screen protectors we carried in so they were done correctly and showed us the difference in off brand supplies. He educated us and we made buyers choices. 5 stars David. Thank you. Thank you too for being a familiar and consistent face.

    I hate going to this store. You get ignored for a bit and then when they do finally help you it’s like they hate their job. When upgrading my phone and adding another line…I was sold a screen protector that I was told it had a free replacement warranty. After a few months it cracked and I went in to have a new one put on. I was now told it would be $20. That’s not free and after paying $60 for a screen protector I’m not paying anymore. I told the salesman I was explained the warranty incorrectly. He said my original salesman would have explained it properly. BS Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Best Buy and get a Zagg screen protector for $20 and it does truly have a free replacement warranty. Verizon is a rip off as it is, don’t let them take even more of your money.
