Ever since I switched from a consumer to a business account, I’ve had ongoing billing issues for over a year — with no resolution in sight. I won’t go into all the details, but if you want to deal with constant billing problems, misleading information, and little to no help resolving issues, this is the place for you. It got so bad that I stopped going to the store altogether because every visit ended in more frustration and poor customer service from the employees. I will never shop at a third-party Verizon store again. My advice: Always go to an official Verizon store, not a third-party location. I will post a one star for this store everyday until I get my problem resolved. Allen I thought you was better than that, but I guess not you are part of the reason I am going through this mess for over a year.

I just switched to Verizon yesterday from another carrier, but I can't make calls to certain numbers. I asked the lady in the empty store with no customers for a simple favor, and her response was that she couldn't help me because she was only there for sales. Part of sales is customer service. We customers should find a way to hit cell phone stores for this. Cell phone stores usually have horrible customer service for this reason, but I never expected this from Verizon. I thought they were on another level.
