    I visited this Verizon store to buy a cover case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I politely asked if I could open the case just to take a quick look before buying it. One of his coworkers said “yes,” but then he — who seemed to be the store manager — interrupted and said in a rude tone, “No, no, you can’t open it before you buy it.” I explained that another Verizon store had allowed me to open it before, and he responded very disrespectfully, saying, “Then why didn’t you buy it from that store?” and “Go back there and let them open it for you.” His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional — especially for someone who appears to be the store manager. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and gives a terrible impression of Verizon. This kind of attitude completely ruins the customer experience and damages the company’s reputation.

    I was in that store before like five minutes and I went there to buy a phone case for my iPhone, and I didn’t because the store manager was so rude and unprofessional, when I got to the store he just sitting on his chair doing nothing and when I find the case that I want I told him can I tried it on my iPhone or just take it out of his box to see it he refused to let me and when I told him that the other stores didn’t mind he just said go to other virison store I don’t care if you want it just buy it or go . well that’s just so rude I don’t recommend anybody to buy anything from that store because of that rude manager he treats customers like nothing

    Had issues with my son’s phone, was on the phone with Verizon all day trying to resolve it. Decided to walk in to this store since we were driving by. Thank goodness Nick was there! He was able to resolve the issue. He was calm and said no worries we got this. Even though it may have taken an hour. Thank you so much Nick for helping us out on our crazy day!!

    Horrible experience, which felt low key criminal. Went with my wife to upgrade our phones we’ve had for 3 years. We were told about this great promotion, which included a free 2nd line, $850 towards an iPhone 16 and we would get to keep our current phones. We spend about 90 mins at the store before we got everything signed and our new phones set up. 1h after arriving back home we get a call from the store saying the promotion actually is only valid for one person and I would simply loose my 2nd line, have to return my old phone and instead of a payment of $10 for the phone it would now be $210. Sounds to me like a bait switch tactic, as the option of reversing it was never mentioned to me. First time back at the store they weren’t even able to reverse their actions because the numbers were set up wrong. It took me a third time going to just be back at the same point where I started. Super frustrating and disappointing as I asked to speak with the manager and never heard back. Very poor professionalism.
