Doctors and techs are great but front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Washburn and the vet tech Marissa are so great!! They’re both incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, they’re so friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they both love what they do, and it shows!

Very human staff. We had to let our dog go and they were always there for us. Never a rush never a judgment. In moments when you are in a very weak emotional estate, would be really easy to be taken advantage off. They did not do that and were very clear but with a gentle touch about the possible outcomes and impacts in moona’s health. 100% recommendable.
