As a Verizon customer for 25 years, this was the worst experience I've had at a Corporate Verizon store ever! I came in to upgrade my phone, the salesperson that helped was horrible. He didn't even apply my upgrade discount or ask to see how I could save money. I was there for 2 hours transferring my data, when I could have just done it at home. I dont even trust that I received the best deal. He left for the day without asking if I needed anything else. The other two guys were nice enough, but I had to leave without my phone finishing the transfer because they were closing. I would have given one star, but at least the other two guys were friendly.

I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges that were added to my account. My recent bill shows a total of $319.40 per month, which includes fees I did not request or approve, specifically:
Device Protection on three lines ($19 each)
100GB Mobile Hotspot perk ($10/month)
When I placed my original order, I was clearly quoted a total monthly amount of $303.41 (before autopay and paper-free billing). These additional fees were never discussed or authorized by me and must be removed immediately.
I am just wondering who gave permission, to Marcus and Tony, to encroach on my private money? This is called breach of trust and theft. If you do not know how to increase your sales and raise your profit percentage from sales, do not do it this way.

Very frustrating that all the devices are bolted to the wall. The point of going to a store is to feel the devices in your hand. Both T-Mobile and AT&t across the street have devices on retractable fixtures so you can get a feel for them.

I would like to write a professional complaint about commercial fraud and deception by a large and reputable company. This was done by the branch manager and the sales employee who deceived us, took advantage of our trust in him, and disrespected us. He took advantage of our trust and deceived us. When we asked the branch manager about this, he denied it and lied to us and offered no excuse or cooperation. Therefore, I advise everyone not to deal with them and not to go to this branch because they have no honest intentions. On the contrary, they are professionals at deception, fraud, and exploiting people's trust. They have no credibility and do not deserve to be dealt with.
We made a deal to get new I phone 17 air but we went to our house we found out that we had a I phone 17 and when I went back after few days they denied it and they denied and didn’t show any cooperation they considered them self smart people by doing that, they are just group of thieves not more.
