I was told by a phone representative that had to go into an actual Verizon store due to my unique issue. My number was unfortunately auto generated with another persons account and I had to get another number. It almost felt hopeless but when I came into the store with my father we were greeted by Gavan the manager there . We sat down and he was very friendly and made the difficult situation a much better one. Thanks to Gavan I was able to pick a number I wanted and finally get service on my phone . Also getting my bill slightly cheaper than what was posted on my receipt when I initially bought the phone . The whole interaction felt genuine and helped me felt at ease . Thank you Gavan for your excellent customer service and I’m excited to be a new customer with Verizon .

Horrible staff. Extremely frustrating experience.
I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro, and the staff at this store was completely unable to activate my ported number. To this day, I still don’t understand what was done incorrectly in the first place.
The sales representative who assisted me was Andrea. She gave me a temporary number for two weeks and told me she would notify me about the progress. I never received any updates, calls, or messages. At the very least, she could have said, “Your number is still not working, thank you for your patience,” but there was absolutely no communication.
Before starting the process, I clearly asked: if my number did not work within two days, could I return to my previous carrier and get my transfer PIN. Andrea told me no, claiming that it was not possible. This turned out to be completely false.
To make matters worse, she accidentally attempted to ship an iPhone 16 Pro Max to my home, which I never ordered. This showed up on my account and made the situation even more confusing and concerning.
After three weeks without my phone number, I returned to the store and spoke with a different employee who was much more professional. He gave me my transfer PIN in less than two minutes, and my phone number was immediately activated with my previous carrier—right there. It was shocking how easily the issue was resolved and raised serious questions about why Andrea refused to help or provide accurate information.
I attempted to file a complaint with the store manager, but he did not even want to speak with us. He briefly appeared once, acted as if he didn’t know who we were, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Meanwhile, I was without my phone number for over three weeks, paid around $100 in activation and return fees, and spent six separate days dealing with Verizon, some visits lasting up to four hours.
After this entire experience, I can confidently say this store deserves zero stars—or less if possible. I strongly recommend avoiding the Clarendon Verizon store unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

The staff at this location are nice BUT! I’ve been bounced around so much from calling Verizon and showing up at the store it’s been very frustrating. I just added the internet and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I’m really debating on switching back to T-Mobile.
Between the store and speaking with a Verizon rep 3 internet modems got added to my account. I called 6 times to get my apartment number added to my account. Wasn’t until the 7th call that it was updated. It feels like the phone reps and store reps are competing for customers. But all it does is cause confusion for the customer. I’m just wanting the promotional item I was promised, but I think I might be in that group that just won’t receive it.

With a Verizon cell plan eligible of an upgrade, I popped into this store to get the latest iPhone. It's a larger space and they had several staff all who were busy. Eventually, a staff member helped, and the process was pretty easy. It took some time to get the actual phone due to them needing to open their back safe, but I got it over time. One miscommunication was that I was told I could drop my trade-in cell phone at any Verizon store when that wasn't the case. One good thing about this location is that they have a clean restroom for customers.
