After wasting an hour and a half trying to pick up a FIOS router from the BeMobile store on Columbia Pike (I had called in advanced to confirm that they had it in stock and let them know I was coming to pick it up, but I eventually gave up after a long wait) I was able to get the router from the friendly folks at Russell Cellular. They were so knowledgeable and efficient that the total transaction time from walking in the door to walking out with the router was about 60 seconds.

Mo made the experience much quicker and easier than I was expecting. Got me hooked up with the iPhone 17 and got a good deal on it too. Would definitely recommend.

I am not impressed by the customer service at Russell. I have shopped there a few times and bought iPhones on two occasions in the last year. They are aware of my unhappiness but still don't seem to have the ability to overcome their limitations. I have shooed there twice due to the location/convenience but will probably take my business elsewhere next time.

We’ve been a Verizon business customer for ~20 years. I visited Russell Cellular to upgrade two lines. Mohammed advised adding an extra line (since one device had no trade-in value), swapping devices, and updating all plans so my bill would stay about the same. He promised to handle the swaps and plan changes. None of that happened—no device swap, no plan updates. The only thing completed was adding a new line, which raised my costs. It felt like the goal was maximizing commission, not helping a long-time customer. I won’t be returning to this location.
UPDATE: Bill comes in. Mohammed's stunt scam raises the cost of upgrading to an iphone17 basic to $3240.
He should be fired!

Would not recommend this location. The staff appears to be more interested in talking to friends on the phone than interacting with customers. The process to trade in phone at this location can also be problematic, which in my case, led to loss of my trade in credit. I was then told to go to the corporate store, or call Verizon directly. The amount of assistance you will receive here is very limited. Be warned.
