He was knowledgeable, patient, and caring when it came to helping me making the right decision for my phone needs. I’ve never seen someone go above and beyond to try and get me the best deal based on my individual needs! That is so rare in sales, but especially commendable and will ensure that I will only go back to him for my phone needs! He also wanted to make sure that I felt no pressure in making a decision that day, although I was pressuring myself a bit since it was the last day of the Black Friday sale. Throughout the whole interaction, which takes a bit of time, I felt secure and confident knowing he was looking out for my best interest and I ultimately got a great deal on a new iPhone 17 Pro. I switched from being a lifelong AT&T user, and I could not be more happy! I advise anyone to go and specifically ask for Mohammad, I know he will rise to great heights but I don’t know what I’ll do if he leaves Verizon! Thanks Mo!

- BKBob KlineNov 15, 20255.0After wasting an hour and a half trying to pick up a FIOS router from the BeMobile store on Columbia Pike (I had called in advanced to confirm that they had it in stock and let them know I was coming to pick it up, but I eventually gave up after a long wait) I was able to get the router from the friendly folks at Russell Cellular. They were so knowledgeable and efficient that the total transaction time from walking in the door to walking out with the router was about 60 seconds.
