He explained everything so well and simplified it, and didn't leave us confused. He was able to make my experience wonderful by helping me replace my screen protector and my camera protector. His friendliness made the experience go smoothly without any problems or misunderstandings, which is something I haven't been able to experience for a long time. So the way he worked with us was sort of a relief for us, finally having someone who's actually approachable attend to us.

The only reason I spent more than 5 minutes at ZAGG was because Ezra did a great job making me feel welcomed and having a conversation with me! ZAGG PLEASE GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE!!! He should definitely be the standard for what a great worker looks like!
