  Took phone in to get broken ZAGG screen case replaced per warranty. Kai’imi was very helpful - making me aware of sales going on, new products, and different products I hadn’t heard of. Answered many questions.

  ZAGG has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They advertise a “lifetime warranty,” but what they don’t tell you is how difficult, slow, and frustrating it is to actually use it. Getting help feels impossible — support is hard to reach, responses are slow or nonexistent, and when you do get a reply, it’s usually unhelpful. The replacement process is confusing and far from “free.” You’re stuck paying shipping, waiting weeks, or having requests denied with little to no explanation. For a company that markets itself as premium, the support experience is anything but. Between the poor communication, misleading warranty claims, and overall lack of care for customers, I won’t be buying from ZAGG again. There are plenty of other brands with better products and better customer service. Save your money and your time.

  I think I’m being very fair on two stars and I’ll explain why. Late October my iPhone 16 stopped charging through the port after coming to them and diagnosing the issue I ordered the part. A part that should’ve came 3-5 days took over 2 months to get during those two months they were radio silence and I had to keep reaching out. They said it was on backend so that’s why it was taking forever. One thing I will say they were really nice and I’m not going to fault for the back end stuff because they can’t control that. So coming to find out the charging port ordered was for the pro and not the iPhone 16 I had. Another 3-5 days later it finally came and I went to fix my phone and the guy fixing it was really kind, and he tried putting the back glass together (it was a little cracked); although he offered a 100 dollars off the back glass I rejected because I had to leave it of state. I got into my car and plugged my phone in to see that the problem wasn’t fixed. But I had to leave asap and hope was a bit lost. A couple days later my phone is now starting to turn on and off randomly. As of right now instead of going back and trying to fix it i decided best that I would just get another phone. Like I said they were all kind the people I talked to but my experience was very sour. Maybe they’re good at fixing screens of phones but I don’t think I would come back all being there were nice and no hard feelings.

  The associates were nice but I felt they were very misleading about the charges. First of all, there was no mention whatsoever of installation fees. Second, I was not given any form of receipt. I wanted to see if discounts that I was told about were applied. I later went back into the store and asked for a receipt only to be given one with only a total. I Felt I should have been given an itemized receipt to know exactly what I paid for.

  This store literally scams people. If you get the basic screen protector they will tell you it’s $74. In reality it’s $54 but they add something called Defense plus which gives you a warranty on your actual screen. They don’t tell you that they are adding it. They just quote you $74 and they get commission for it. Don’t waste your time here. All they want is your money. Also it is my opinion and my experience that the owner is also very dishonest and all he cares about is making as much money as possible at the expense of scamming customers and not being honest and upfront to the customers.
