- MKMarissa KingNov 28, 20251.0I wish I remembered names but how we were treated unfortunately made me forget. The First Gentleman to help us was really sweet and tried. He was new and doing his best. Because it took a little longer than planned, the other guy in the store helping was absolutely AWFUL. He definitely needed better hygiene and was rude. After calling beforehand to verify how to switch a number to a new account, we were told that it was not possible and had to wait a month for the number to transfer to our account. When I tried to ask about it he got aggravated and aggressive in his tone telling us that’s not what his manager said and he has to do what he was told. We were told we had to get a temporary number for a month. The sweet guy trying to help us told us we could call the next day and get it switched. Mind you after the awful guy was getting off a phone call with the manager who was all in Spanish so we aren’t sure what was said. As we just accepted what was told to us we waited to finish up and this rude guy plugs his phone into a charger and gets on YouTube. Then once it was all finished he told us “You can’t set your phones up in here we are closed now.” Which we knew and we did not plan to set them up but the disrespect and rudeness and aggression were uncalled for. If and when I need to go back into Verizon I will be going to another location I don’t care if this one’s closer. I will not be treated that way again.
