  Giving a one-star isn't even something I want to give. But to post a review unfortunately I have to. Me My husband and I went in to start a new account a new employee came up to help us being new he asked his coworker questions. Israel V. is an absolutely terrible person to have help. As he wasn’t the original person to help he took over. First off he needs better hygiene. That was just awful and unpleasant to be around. He lied to us about switching a number over which we had to wait a month for when we had called before and were told the very simple process. He even walked away from us on the phone with his manager then came back to tell us this. Israel V did everything in his power not to help us and pushed us out the door. Not to mention the way he talked to us was aggressive. When finishing up while we were waiting Israel plugged in his phone and got on YouTube ignoring us. Once everything was finally finished and we just took a temporary phone number. Israel taking our payment says “Well you can’t activate your phones here we are closed.” Due to all this, we now have to go back into Verizon to get this fixed which turned into a bigger headache than it needed to be but don’t worry we are NOT going back this Verizon not just this time but ever again. If you go here and a man with terrible hygiene named Israel is the one about to help you. Walk out he will screw you over.

  I'd honestly give 0 stars but Google won't let me. The way my wife and I were treated by the younger guy (Israel I believe) in the store was ridiculous. The older gentleman that was helping us ( I believe his name was Raphael?) was very courteous and kind unlike his ungodly counterpart... The blatant disrespect and dirty looks I kept receiving the entire time I was there honestly made me uncomfortable. I wanted to take my old number from another account and transfer it to a new account. We were lied to by the manager saying I couldn't transfer a Verizon number for at least a month and had to take a temporary number... Which in fact is 100% incorrect based on the 3 hour phone call I had with Verizon customer service, tech support, and other managers at corporate stores. Not only did they lie, but basically rushed us out the door without activating the phones because they were closing and didn't want to help us. Very unprofessional to be scrolling tiktok and YouTube shorts while sitting with customers. Also very rude to belittle a new employee in front of customers, let alone at all. Very shady business practices here... They only care about selling stuff and not the actual customer. Thats what you get from a non corporate store. Honestly take your business elsewhere if you don't want to be screwed over. I still don't have a working phone as of this review. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!
