We’ve been there twice over the last few of months and both times we’ve been, there’s been something that’s happened with this specific front desk staff member for no reason at all. Today when we were checking out from our dogs appointment, she told my husband that “she’d appreciate if I took our dog outside” while my husband checked out. My dog and I were literally just looking in their little store, nothing was happening as our dog is extremely friendly and it was no more than 20 seconds after having left the exam room, but she asked me to take our dog *out of a vet office*. We were also the only ones in the lobby. Really caught us off guard so we didn’t say anything to her. We are pretty positive we’re not the only ones with interactions like this with her (she’s the blonde lady on Saturdays). But literally everyone else has been amazing and we’ve had great experiences there. Grateful for a team who is so nice and kind to us and our big pup.
