Don’t waste your valuable time going into the store unless you’re looking to buy a new device. Any kind of troubleshooting or problems with your account they just tell you to call customer service. Absolutely useless

I've been with Verizon for 10 years and have loved their service until now. Verizon raised my bill by removing my loyalty discount, then only offered it back if I paid more to stay on postpaid. When I switched to prepaid to save money going through financial trouble, my number broke, not able to call, text, or use data. I spent 40+ hours on the phone, swapped 5 SIMs, visited stores 8 times, and went 20 days without service—missing critical calls, even over my birthday, and losing access to accounts. I was billed for both prepaid and postpaid, promised refunds that never came, and told to “wait for credits.” Verizon’s systems don’t work together and their refund policies punish customers. I’m filing a claim with the FCC over their handling of number porting, refund abuses, and negligent account management. Verizon cares more about money than their customers.

I would strongly caution anyone from using the Verizon Victra store in Spanish Fork Utah. When we went in to upgrade and add a line, we were told very specific information about the cost of our phones and the promotions we would receive. Once everything was finalized, the numbers did not match what we were promised. The promos we were told we qualified for never came in the mail. The cost of the phone bill was much higher than what we agreed to.
It feels very deceptive, and now we are stuck paying more than we were originally told. If you are considering switching or upgrading, I recommend going directly through an official Verizon corporate store or calling customer directly to avoid the misleading sales tactics here.
I wish I could remember the names of the 2 sales people that helped us. But don’t go to the Verizon Victra store in Spanish Fork.

I ordered a new phone for my dad (76 years old) at the Spanish Fork store. Since he’s not the best with technology, I agreed to pay the extra $30 for Verizon’s setup service so he could leave confident and ready to use his phone.
What a disappointment. The Verizon employee had the new phone in hand for less than 5 minutes before handing it back. All that was done was showing him how to make a single phone call—and that was the end of the “training.” My dad left confused and still needing full setup.
I later spent over 2 hours myself getting his email, Google account, and everything else properly set up. Verizon’s “setup service” did absolutely nothing to justify a $30 charge.
Bottom line: DO NOT ever pay Verizon to set up your phone. It’s a complete waste of money. These employees just sell phones—they don’t actually provide the support you’re told you’ll get.
I sent this to corporate too, we shall see.
