- BRbrock rimington3 days ago5.0Going to start by saying the obvious… If you pay attention- it is VERY rare to come across someone who has a cheerful energy about them, let alone at work. Anna helped my aunt and me today with a few things (battery replacement, screen protection, and some little gadgets). She was ON IT, don’t think it was even 2 hrs and told us she had another project before. Happily getting things done and asking other customers to what they need help with in the meantime.. Someone you’ll meet, and leave feeling better about things, because of the beautiful attitude. Come check it out, or don’t. Genuinely never had a better experience anywhere. GL Anna, you’re awesome.

To be able to go in a store and deal with a knowledgeable person and not have to fumble around yourself and still end up with dust under your screen protector makes for a great experience. Quality products, friendly, knowledgeable staff and great warranty are the reasons I keep coming back.

I was treated quickly once those customer in front of me were finished. My cover was quickly and efficiently replaced. The associate made sure all my needs were meet. On this visit the sore was busy. The associate made sure everyone was greeted when they entered the store. She was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my entire experience. She reminded me to return if I had any issues regard her service or my phone, once leaving the store.

They immediately ripped off the old screen saver destroying it, which would be fine, IF THEY HAD THE CIRRECT REPLACEMENT. He realized he didn't have the right one, proceeded to very roughly put my old, now shattered and destroyed screen saver back on. They proceeded for 5 minutes trying to sell me their "platinum package" for a 189$. Had to tell him SIX TIMES NO I DONT WANT IT before he gave me my phone back. Had to drive 45 minutes or of my way to Riverton location to get the replacement. I'm not sure if the current 5 star reviews are fake, friends or family of the owners, or they paid people to say good things. But this place SUCKS!!! I will never come back here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
