I have been a customer for over 20 years and finally found a store that actually cares about my family’s service, plans, devices getting the best deals and explaining all charges/prices. Dominic went above and beyond staying an hour after closing to help me replace my kid’s watches, upgrading them to Apple Watches and also upgrading my old phone at the best deals with rebates, promos and even calling Verizon customer service for me to handle difficult communication. I will absolutely make this store our go to spot and Dominic our family’s cell phone representative. I’ve honestly never felt I could “trust” a Verizon sales rep until now. Thank you so much!!!
