- ALAnastasia LupoNov 14, 20251.0If I could give zero starts to this place I would! Eddie was very rude when I tried to come in and pick up my phone. He was the only one working (10:45am) and there was five of us that needed help. He was asking me for my personal information in front of of everyone while I was on the other side of the store.. on top of that he made me feel dumb for not knowing that I was supposed to get a text of when my order was ready for pick up. When I asked him how long it would take for the order to come through he looked very annoyed and told me that he didn’t know but somewhere between 1-2 hours. I told him I didn’t really want to come back because I live quite a ways away and if there was anything he could do on his end. He looked annoyed and said “nope! You’ll be lucky if you even get the phone because of the low stock”… umm okay.. of course 15 min of me leaving the store the order said it was ready to be picked up. I don’t understand why people work in customer service if they suck at it. And Eddie.. you don’t have to be rude. I promise you, if you are a little bit kinder to people, you will see that there is a lot of happiness in this world!

Staff needs to be retrained cause they suck .

They will mess with all your phone plans without telling you, and cause you all sorts of issues, I only found out about it after I started receiving texts after I left the store, then I looked at my account and everything was a mess, all my plans were changed to a welcome plan without my consent, it has messed up rebates I already had and raised my bill considerably. Also they added perks to my plan I didn’t even want and they didn’t even tell me what they added or were doing. Also they placed a phone order when I said I wasn’t ready to. Now I have to spend hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to try to get it fixed. Totally unprofessional.
