I'd been avoiding it for so long that our phones were practically falling apart. When we finally went in last night, the entire staff greeted us warmly right away. Ethan came over immediately and started helping us, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was personable, funny, and clearly skilled at what he does. Watching him multitask while programming all three phones simultaneously was impressive. During the loading times, he walked us through the accessories and introduced us to things like camera protectors—something I didn't even know existed. He also showed us how to consolidate services like Netflix, Apple Music, and HBO Max onto our Verizon bill, which ended up saving us a significant amount of money. He shared promotional details that made it possible for me to finally get the Apple Watch I've always wanted. We felt confident he was genuinely looking out for us and finding the best possible deals, and his positive energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I'm not even sure how long we were there, but the time passed surprisingly quickly—it felt like maybe ten minutes. One of his coworkers jumped in to help apply the screen protectors, which sped things up even more. The whole experience was genuinely great, and I'm grateful Ethan was there to help us last night. I hope that the management at Verizon sees this review and recognizes how valuable of an employee Ethan is!
