Unfortunately, I realized after the fact that the 9a doesn't support 5G UW, so I went back a few days later and spoke with Miguel & Amber and they were super friendly and helpful in arranging for an exchange with a Google Pixel 10 Pro. Thank you guys, you're awesome!
