- CCChastitySep 5, 20251.0I switched from Boost Mobile to these guys and I thought Boost was problems bought a phone 3 months ago and after a month of having it, gave me problems so it was factory reset and I lost everything in my phone, then 2 months after that it won't even turn on. It's a lost cause for my phone because they told me to send it out to ups and its been 2 weeks and yet have I heard where phone is. They seem to not help either. They don't care about their customers and care to help with issues. Boost Mobile right down the street is better off. I could see if they were more helpful but they are not.

I then ask the cashier if she would charge it for a bit. it would not take a charge. I then tried to return it. They refused. I hadn't even left the store!! I will never shop cricket mobile

The manager, Magdalana, is the absolute best! A lifesaver! I'm basicly computer illiterate and Magdalana went above and beyond to help me.
