I came to buy a new phone and left switching to a new carrier.

At first, neither phone number would activate and that was after over an hour on hold with two different tech coaches, neither of whom could activate the numbers and then I had no way to call them back because my phone wasn't activated. I tried to create a chat but got tired of waiting for someone to connect. A local authorized Verizon reseller finally got my personal number to work, after multiple calls to tech support, but not the business line and finally escalated the ticket to Verizon. A week later there was no word from Verizon and after returning from a trip, I went into the corporate Verizon store in Orem. Channing, the assistant manager, without having to call anyone, had me up and running in about 15 minutes, while also cleaning up the three extra isim accounts that had been created and were marked as OFF. What a relief! Thank you Channing, and to your team for the prompt, friendly and efficient manner in which you diffused my frustration and sent me out the door a happy and satisfied customer!
