- TPTravis PetersenOct 18, 20251.0My 90 year old dad stopped by the store today. He is traveling between Wyoming and Arizona and his flip phone died on him. We are currently dealing with a family emergency and all he wanted to do was upgrade. The guy in the store was super helpful and tried everything to get his phone working to no avail. Eventually my dad had to talk to the “lady in charge” who I guess is a regional manager and owns multiple wireless stores. Not only was she rude, but, she was zero help. She told my dad she couldn’t do anything for him without a PIN number, even though his LIFE depends on having a communication device in case of car problems or even a health emergency. This is just so pathetic, that you can’t help someone like that is in dire need, and on top of that, you are rude to him. DO NOT PATRONIZE RUSSELL CELLULAR. They obviously DO NOT CARE.
