This is the second place in Moab where I received rude and terrible service. I was going to get some chocolate and a burrito and coffee. I asked the lady for an iced cappuccino. She looked at me like her brain quit working and said she could make me an iced latte instead. I said no, I want an iced cappuccino. She said she couldn't makes it with ice. I said you put ice in the cup for the latte then you put ice in cup for the cappuccino. Then, another female worker turned around and said "Im not making you an iced cappuccino." I turned around and walked out. It's nothing but coffee and milk with some ice in it. You don't have to heat up the milk. I didn't get the chance to say you don't have to heat up the milk. For crying out loud, do a simple Google search and says you can get a iced cappuccino and you see the images of it too! Moab is a tourist town so you better start being nicer to the costumers or you won't be in business much longer and with this being the second place where I was treated rudely the workers are going to ruin Moab. BTW, I once worked s an assistant manager in a book store with a coffee shop. So don't tell me you can't make what the costumer wants.

The coffee shop with all of your needs to start your day off strong. They have some solid coffee and breakfast options, including breakfast burritos and sandwiches. I think the food options could be a little better, but they're adequate. My favorite part about their coffee on the hot summer mornings, is their coffee ice cubes. Not a coffee drinker and prefer tea? MCR's got you! This is also a storefront with some cute apparel and goods to commemorate your Moab visit.

Stopped in for an early afternoon coffee break and was pleased to have their menu explained and made order repeated back to be certain she got it right! We sat outside and relaxed taking in the atmosphere of the downtown while drinking the great coffees! Highly recommend!!
