    I’ve gone to this store a lot over the past few years and it’s always been a headache. I recently came in and was helped by someone named Tristan. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a store. He was so kind and down to earth. Every time I would go in the past they were short staffed and it would take a long time to get helped. But since Tristan took over the store is a well oiled machine. This is the only store I will go to from now on. I also want to add if you’re someone looking for a job I would reach out. Tristan had mentioned he was looking for more employees. And just from what I had seen myself this is a great place to work. All of the guys there are very nice. When they need help they go to Tristan and he finds a solution fast. And you can tell they are all happy to be there. As someone that works in a high stress environment I understand it can be hard. But how organized the staff are and the joy you can see when you walk in is truly remarkable. This store has an amazing manager that stays calm, has critical thinking skills and goes above and beyond expectations. And you can tell his influence carries over to his employees.

    The salesman working were knowledgeable and friendly. We just left T-Mobile right before coming to Verizon because the lack of knowledge they had. They helped us get all set up with cheaper Hulu and Netflix too! Great experience!

    In November my wife and I traded in our phones. We worked with Michael and Kyler. When the first bill came in we noticed that we were not getting the credit for the phone that I traded in. We went back into the store and Michael said that he would fix the error. The next month the error was still on our bill. We again went in to the store and Kyler told us that Michael no longer worked at that location and he was the only one who could help us. He promised us that he would reach out to Michael and that Michael would call us within two days time. We waited for a couple of weeks and then went back into the store. A different employee again said that Michael was the only one who could help us, but refused to give me a number where Michael could be reached. I asked if a supervisor could help and was given the number for Lupe. Problem is, Lupe doesn't answer his phone and has a voicemail that is not set up. It is now July and I have been overcharged $40 every month since November with no end in sight and everyone claiming that the only person who can help me no longer works there and cannot be reached.
