  Ask for Sam. We were helped by 3 associates and he was the only one that seemed to genuinely care. It felt like he was a bike enthusiast, rather than a salesperson, and that's the kind of person you want taking care of and adjusting your bike. Very knowledgeable guy.

  Just a few days before the Ironman race my Speed Concept had brake issues and traveling I did not have all the tools. The guys took me in without an appointment fixed my bike while I waited, superb service and was not even expected, but I was able to get in that last workout on the day scheduled. Cannot top that service and just caring about customers is above the rest

  I brought my bike in to be assembled, even though I hadn’t bought it from Trek, and they treated me like a valued customer from the start. The team was incredibly helpful, showed me a few other bikes, and even went above and beyond by putting the bell on my bike for free. They also helped load my bike into the back of my truck and made sure it was secured before I left. The customer service was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend Trek.
