  Absolutely phenominal customer service earlier today. Called and ask if they had any ebike boxes as my current escooter had to be shipped to be fixed, they had one and gave it to me free of charge. 5 stars easily and ive been here before for a variety of things.

  Excellent service, friendly staff. I felt welcomed, important. They gave great advice on appropriate accessories for my Townie go S E-Bike. They had a bike not available in San Antonio but it was assembled and ready when I arrived.

  Everything about my experience was perfect! The staff were welcoming, informative, experienced and excellent communicators. My bike had several problems and they repaired it quickly and it rides perfectly.
