I had been on the phone with Verizon for five different days trying to clean up the mess I made when I tried to set up my new phone. To Verizon‘s credit, they tried really hard to help me, but on the phone it was difficult in the process. They sent me two different replacement phones trying to help me fix the mess. I was frustrated and when I walked into the store, I asked for the most patient tech person . There were two people working, and Micah was the one who spoke to me first. He smiled and said, I promise I can be patient and so we began. It took him three hours to clean up the mess that I had made from being not text savvy, and to put my phones right. He did it with compassion for my difficulties, professionalism representing his company, patience as we navigated the many questions that we had to answer to set the phone up. He put me at ease immediately, and Gavin fielded the other customer so that we could concentrate on what we had to do. I can’t believe that these guys were as helpful and kind As they were, and good at what they did. At the end of the evening I left with the phone it worked and the other others ready to turn back Verizon as it was a replacement issue. Micah and Gavin were an absolute credit to their company and their store. From now on if I have any problems that is where I’ll go.
