Took to Verision Victoria store tech folks ... Miranda fixed 1/2 then Trent full and final fix! Less than 30 minutes! Relief and clearer and found and saved $40/mo! Miranda 5! Trent 5!

We go and ask for Trent and this is one of the best tech I look for when I need help but there is a cupe of others too. The store manager is very helpful. Love My Verizon !!
