    I left Verizon about two months ago because for whatever reason my bill kept increasing. It was almost $200 for one paid off device. So I switched to one of those third party prepaid phones. No issues with them, but I wanted to upgrade my phone and they didn’t have the 17 pro max, so I stopped by this location to switch back and to pay my final bill because I didn’t realize until after I left, that my final payment with Verizon didn’t go through. The guys were nice, so I’m not leaving a negative review on them. The gentlemen that help said they couldn’t pull my account up because I was no longer with them and that I had to call a certain number to get in touch with somebody. He tried calling, but whoever it was closed for the evening. I googled the customer service number and called, but they wanted my account number and all this other stuff. To make a long story short, I didn’t switch back to Verizon. I end up going with AT&T with a way much cheaper bill with two upgraded devices.

    Garrett was outstanding! He was honest and sincere, providing excellent customer service. I would advise going to him if you would like an exceptional experience. Can't recommend him enough!

    Fantastic experience with Franki! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She made the phone upgrading and line transferring process so easy and saved me money in the process. While Franki was amazing, every staff member I came in contact with was also very kind and helpful.
