How is this place still open. I dropped off my equipment and a month later was charged 200 for not returning it…. Now I can’t find if they even gave me proof so verizon is not giving me my money back……. I guess the location is keeping them afloat because these people at this location would not stay open elsewhere. Everyone was confused when l dropped it off and now it looks they were confused on what to do with it!

I have had Verizon for about 5 years and I will say that the customer service is awful at almost every store. I wanted to get a plan change and make sure one of my lines were disconnected and the first thing they asked me was did you do this on the app or see if you could do this on the app? We all know how confusing it is to try to switch plans and I wanted to make sure that it was a savings. They do everything in their power to not sign into your account and to make sure that you basically do it yourself. And I didn’t even know about the bundling of streaming services and I would not have known that if I would’ve done it on the app. I understand processes and things might be different but when the customer feels like they need to be doing this themselves, then what is the point of having anyone help you? The service isn’t just about signing up. It’s about the after as well. They are more than welcome to sign you up for anything that you want, but they don’t want to do anything to maintain you as a customer. And as much as everyone pays a month to have cell phone service, they should be ready and willing to help anyone that walks through that door.
