So I switched to one of those third party prepaid phones. No issues with them, but I wanted to upgrade my phone and they didn’t have the 17 pro max, so I stopped by this location to switch back and to pay my final bill because I didn’t realize until after I left, that my final payment with Verizon didn’t go through. The guys were nice, so I’m not leaving a negative review on them. The gentlemen that help said they couldn’t pull my account up because I was no longer with them and that I had to call a certain number to get in touch with somebody. He tried calling, but whoever it was closed for the evening. I googled the customer service number and called, but they wanted my account number and all this other stuff. To make a long story short, I didn’t switch back to Verizon. I end up going with AT&T with a way much cheaper bill with two upgraded devices.
