I honestly would not recommend this vet to anyone. My husband had to take my cat last Thursday, and was charged $500 just to do a $100 test that gave him his death sentence; and a shot of approximately $68 that sent his to his early demise! Instead of having compassion; like most veterinary clinics would, and only charging for the shot; they charged us an arm and a leg to put my cat to sleep! He was 7 months old! Not only that, they wanted $500 just for us to get his ASHES back; WHICH WE COULDN’T AFFORD! I’m so heartbroken that words cannot express my hurt! Not only from losing Chester, but from the zero compassion this vet has!! They also severely messed up his paw prints; which was a further stab in the chest! If you love your baby, or even the funds in your wallet; DON’T TAKE YOUR PET HERE!

Today was a rough day, we had to make a hard decision and put our family member down she was a 13 year old terrier mix. She was our special child who loved seeing us coming in the door almost as much as she liked snacks, but everyone at the clinic was so nice and understanding. Dr. Cox was very understanding and professional about the whole situation and will definitely be our future vet for any dog we have in the future. The staff were great and I felt like it was a great touch when they offered my wife and I a lock of hair and pawn prints as well, as hard as today has been for us these small gestures meant more than words can express. So that being said I would definitely recommend to anyone that has a pet, these people made today's visit so much easier.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this organization, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. They increased the price of exams without notifying loyal or returning clients, which felt deceptive and inconsiderate. Additionally, they frequently suggest exorbitantly priced treatments for relatively minor issues, raising concerns about their priorities. Wait times are consistently long, often between 30 minutes to an hour, before even seeing a veterinarian. When you do finally speak with one, the consultation is brief and often unfocused, with much of the conversation veering away from the actual reason for your visit. The level of professionalism from some of the staff was also deeply concerning. One technician appeared inappropriately dressed, with visible nipple piercings, which struck me as highly unprofessional for a clinical setting. When I inquired about the sudden increase in exam fees, which jumped to $100 within the same month, the response I received was a flippant, “I don’t know, inflation.” Overall, this establishment seems far more interested in profit than in providing compassionate, transparent care. No pet owner expects to bring their animal in for a simple UTI check and be handed a $600 estimate. To make matters worse, during checkout, they charged me for another client’s visit by mistake. I walked out having paid $200, with the promise that $100 would be refunded “within a few days.” That error was just the cherry on top. It's already frustrating and disheartening not to be in a position to spend $600 on what should be a straightforward UTI treatment for my dog, but having my money mishandled on top of it all is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, inflated pricing, and disregard for clients’ time and concerns make it very difficult to trust this clinic with the well-being of any pet.
