Not a good experience! We purchased a puppy that came with the first vet visit included and vaccines at this visit.. We did not receive them after they realized we would not be using them for future care or purchasing a bunch of products. They told us one thing and did another. I felt like they were only about the money. Money is not a problem the vibe was.

Called a week prior to schedule an appointment for my puppy’s wellness visit and was told I they had an appointment at 6:30pm. The day of the appointment my wife received a phone call with them pressuring us to be there at 2:30pm and made a big deal about us being there at 6:30pm like our appointment stated, saying that it will be an extra $200 charge for an “emergency visit”.

Feels strange to leave 5 stars. For reasons out of my control, I was forced to have my small papillion euthanized. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, I was crying the entire time. I almost had a panic attack. As hard as it was, the staff, the technicians were all so kind and supportive. I would like to thank Dr. Hooper for his support and kindness during that time. He was patient and never made me feel uncomfortable for crying. He has a lot of compassion. When I had to leave her, I took comfort in knowing she would be taken care of. Now I’m just waiting on my baby’s ashes. Thank you, VCA.

I brought my sister's dog. It's her usual Dr. (Veterinarian) & they were already familiar with Lovey. The staff was very helpful & friendly. I had an appointment & I was in & out, didn't have to wait at all (a nice change from my vet back home).
