We did not receive them after they realized we would not be using them for future care or purchasing a bunch of products. They told us one thing and did another. I felt like they were only about the money. Money is not a problem the vibe was.

This was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, I was crying the entire time. I almost had a panic attack. As hard as it was, the staff, the technicians were all so kind and supportive. I would like to thank Dr. Hooper for his support and kindness during that time. He was patient and never made me feel uncomfortable for crying. He has a lot of compassion. When I had to leave her, I took comfort in knowing she would be taken care of. Now I’m just waiting on my baby’s ashes. Thank you, VCA.
