- PPPablo Monreal PAug 2, 20244.0I would have given them a 5 star, but I can't bring myself to because my phone became corrupted at no fault of my own, and Cricket told me that my warranty was expired. When you buy phones from them, you have a two year warranty on the house, but as they could see, this was a corruption that just happened out of nowhere, and nothing was able to fix it. That tells me that their services are not even 2nd best. Unfortunately where I live, Cricket works great. I'm conflicted about Cricket.
