  Nick was our agent at the texoma parkway in Sherman Texas location , he was professional, had great conversation and was very helpful we will definitely keep coming back to his store if we ever need help with our service , he was able to help us figure out how to get a hold of the info from our old provider so we could keep our numbers and helped us get phone upgrades, thank you Nick for your awesome job helping us out today . 10/10 would recommend

  went in to add my phone to my dad's line and the gentlemen in there were amazing! they waived my activation fee because it was the fifth line, which i thought was really sweet. they saved me a lot of money and they explained all the important information i need to know clearly and concisely. really great service!

  Went to Texoma Parkway cricket wireless in Sherman, Texas to try to get some help and the boy all he wants to do was play with his rings flash them around, locked me out of my account and told me there was nothing that he could do so I left there went to the cricket wireless on 75 and 82 and she helped me out great I would tell everybody not to go to the Texoma Parkway cricket wireless.

  I bought 3 phones and had switched from Verizon to Cricket. I went to the cricket in Bonham on a Thursday and it was a Great experience. The gentleman there was very nice and had great customer service. On Friday I was in Sherman and wanted to add two more phones to my plan. We went to the Texoma cricket store and as we walked in you could see one of the employee’s counting down their drawer and about to leave. We were asked can I help you from the other employee Madison. She never looked at us and had major low energy when speaking but that was not a big deal to me, some don’t like to make eye contact. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted to add two lines to my account and we will bring our phone number as well as bringing our own phones. She didn’t say ok or say anything. She just went looking for something while we stood there. Come to find out she was needing to charge one of the tables they use to set up service but she never communicated anything, we just waited and watched her to figure out what was going on. We sat at the table and we handed her the two phones while she never talked. I wasn’t sure what she was doing and we were sitting there in silence while she keep her head down, so I asked her do you need something from me so I could figure out what was going on. She said no, I’m waiting for the tablet to connect to the WiFi. The Bonham store was very attentive and had open communication. So, having this experience with Madison was complete opposite. She asked for the phones and after 20 minutes said ok it will be 140.00, so we paid for it and left. I get down the road and my son in laws phone has no internet. So we are go to another cricket store because it was close and after talking with the employee at this other location we realize she did not do something to it so it could ping off of the cricket towers. Then we find out after leaving that store that Madison never ported the phone numbers over , she just gave new numbers. It was a horrible experience and stressful. I told her what I needed done when I walked in and she never talked much at all and never looked up. No communication. They can’t just port the numbers over now. It was very important that we kept our numbers but do to the lack of communication on Madison’s end and now we are stuck with new numbers. If your looking to go to cricket, I would say to either stay away from the employee Madison at the Texoma store. The nice lady at the one next to Starbucks was so helpful and nice and went out of her way to help me figure out what to do next. The Bonham store was fantastic also. I would just recommend not having Madison help you if you go to the one on Texoma.
