The employee escorted me to the front of the store and told me there would be better deals online. Rude but I decided to try online regardless. The whole online experience was a mess. I put the order in online then 3 days later received a message that the order had been cancelled and to call their customer service for more information. I was passed from rep to rep who told me more information would be in the cancellation email? Then they told me that I would have to put in the order myself again separately. Keep in mind that they have had my $550 for 5 days at this point and the cancellation email said that it would be a couple of business days before the money was returned to my account. How am I supposed to reorder if they still have the money from the first order? The run around, lack of help, and confusion were really disappointing. I wish that the employee at the store had helped me so that we could ensure the order was set up correctly to avoid this whole situation.
