- JFJohn FloydMay 17, 20191.0Today my Otter box Defender case broke and decided to purchase a new one from the location. I showed the young lady working there my phone and case. She told me they only had two but not a black one. One of the colors was blue so told her that was okay. After she rang up I noticed it wasn’t the same case it was a Commuter and my clip would work. Asked for my money back and she refused telling me there is no refunds on accessories. I told her you chose the wrong case and rang it up after I showed you exactly what I had, and I haven’t even left the store. She called her manager and I still didn’t receive a refund. Be careful with this location. Very bad policies and poorly trained staff.
