After about 10 minutes, the customer left and we had the sales rep (male) who called us over, all to ourselves. This person asked how he could help with such disdain. I said I'm here for my free phone that I saw on the Verizon commercial. He said it would cost me $1200 and asked, "why didn't you read the fine print on the commercial?" I told him I'm 69 years old and my vision is a little bad and the commercial went so fast, I had no idea to look at "fine print." Well, the sales rep just looked at me puzzled and became very aloof and tried to make us feel stupid. We just walked out thinking, we'll have to record Verizon commercials and then stop them to read the "fine print. "
